U of F Training for Farm Labor
Crew Chiefs, Bus Drivers, & Supervisors
The University of Florida, Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences, (IFAS) presents Farm Labor Supervisor training on many labor related, administrative, and safety issues for anyone involved with agricultural labor. This training is valuable for supervisors, crew leaders, and bus drivers. Sessions include wage/hour, MSPA, H2A, human resource issues, and safety trainings. The sessions are offered in both English and Spanish and can be available in person at your location, at any IFAS location, and virtually.

H2A Wage Rate for Florida
$16.23
This rate is effective as of December 30, 2024. It applies to most H-2A & corresponding workers currently employed, even if the ETA-790 has a lower rate. Current H-2A and corresponding workers must be increased as of 12/30/2024.
Florida Minimum Wage for 2025 - 2026
$14.00 per Hour
