Training for Farm Labor
Crew Chiefs, Bus Drivers, & Supervisors
It is important to have a well-trained staff.  Curran, Bayer, & Associates can provide in person training to you and your staff.  On-line Farm Labor Supervisor training is coming soon.  This training will include many labor related, administrative, and safety issues for anyone involved with agricultural labor. This training is valuable for supervisors, crew leaders, and bus drivers. Sessions will include wage/hour, MSPA, H2A, human resource issues, and safety trainings. The sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish and will be available on line.

U.S. Workers:   Skill Level 1 - $13.17               Skill Level 2 - $15.71
H-2A Workers:  Skill Level 1 - $10.87               Skill Level 2 - $13.41

***ALL WORKERS MUST BE PAID AT LEAST THE FLORIDA MINIMUM WAGE OF $14.00 PER HOUR ($15 AS OF 9/30)
